| Is the neighborhood nice? |
| Select a community that will allow you
to best live your daily life. Many people choose communities based on
schools. Do you want access to shopping and public transportation? Is
access to local facilities like libraries and museums important to you? Or
do you prefer the peace and quiet of a rural community?
Once you think you have found a community you like, call Me and we can
introduce you to people who live there or we can tell you what we know
about the area. More than anything, we want you to be comfortable with
your new San Antonio Texas home... and that includes living in a neighborhood
where you will feel comfortable. |
| What happens if I feel
discriminated against. |
| You should immediately contact the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) if you ever feel
excluded from a neighborhood or a particular house. Also, contact HUD if
you believe you are being discriminated against on the basis of race,
color, religion, sex, nationality, familial status, or disability. |
| How can I find out about local
schools? |
| We understand just how important a good
school is to the well being of your family. Call Me for complete
information about all the schools in this area.

really worth? |
| We can give you a solid range by

Home" button at the top of this page! |
| What about property taxes? |
| The total amount of the previous year's
property taxes is usually included in the listing information that
published in the local MLS. You can call Me to obtain this information. If
it's not listed, we can ask the seller for a tax receipt or contact the
local assessor's office. Tax rates can change from year to year, so these
figures maybe approximate. |
| Are there any other tax issues? |
| Mortgage interest and real estate taxes
are deductible against your income. There are other tax benefits and
liabilities as well. Call Me and we will be more than happy to sit down
with you and "crunch the numbers." |
